The Social Perinatal Care Space is a collaborative platform created with the intent goal of social perinatal knowledge sharing. Coordinated by La Maison Bleue, it’s a place where institutions, organizations, and health and social services professionals can learn and share their expertise through events, training, resources, and news.
Social perinatal care aims to break down isolation and social exclusion by placing families living in a vulnerable context at the centre of a community where health professionals and social and community workers collaborate to provide the support they need. By focusing on prevention and early intervention—from the very beginning of pregnancy—we are working together to change the lives of children.
